  • Doctor & Therapist Approved – Prevent & Heal Bedsores: Lunderg’s Air Pressure Mattress for bed sores relieves pressure on skin & bony areas, boosts circulation, and reduces turning. Developed by medical experts for faster healing.
  • No More Sweaty Sleep – The Only Flocking Air Pad for All-Day Comfort: Traditional vinyl pads are like sleeping on a plastic bag—hot, sticky, and uncomfortable. Our patented flocking technology creates a soft & breathable, fabric-like surface that helps your loved one rest peacefully without sweating.
  • Upgraded Quiet Pump with Static Mode & Quick Connector: Whisper-quiet at just 23 dBA, with precise Soft-to-Firm pressure control. Need a break from alternation? Switch to Static Mode, where all cells remain fully inflated to provide a stable & comfy surface for better rest.
  • For Hospital Bed or Over Your Home Mattress: Lunderg’s medical air mattress for hospital bed supports up to 300 lbs, making it ideal for long-term care. Designed for bed sore prevention, it’s perfect for bedridden patients at home, in hospitals, or nursing homes.
  • Easy to Use / Easy to Set Up: Unroll the alternating pressure pad and lay it flat on the bed with the air connection points at the foot or head, tucking in excess material after inflation. Connect the air hoses to the valves on the pad and pump, then plug the pump into an outlet. Turn the pump on and set the pressure to "Firm" to fully inflate the pad, which takes about 20 minutes (3 cycles). Once inflated, adjust the pressure using the knob, starting at "Firm," and modify it for user comfort.

definitely a good buy

This air mattress was just what my husband needed while he was recovering from back surgery and stuck in bed for about four weeks. It works way better than a well-known medical brand we tried before. He weighs 230 lbs, so it does lose some air under him if he sits up for too long, but it holds up well for both sitting and sleeping. He’s had good skin for the past 32 years as a tetraplegic, and we haven't noticed any red marks after using it for a month. Just a heads up: the queen size inflates to only 52 x 72 inches, so it's a bit smaller than a standard queen mattress. We usually keep it on the medium setting with the static off to help with air circulation.

Great Mattress Pad!

I love this mattress pad! I thought I would notice the movement of the cells, but I actually don't, and I wake up feeling comfy and relaxed. As someone who's mostly bed bound, I've tried a lot of mattresses, but none worked quite right. After just a couple of nights on this new air pressure mattress pad, I'm convinced it’s exactly what I needed. I'm really happy with it and hope it lasts a long time. The motor is quiet, which is a big plus for me. I have it set on 'soft,' and it feels like sleeping on a cloud. It fits my twin XL adjustable bed perfectly and stays comfy no matter how I position it. It was easy to set up, took just a few minutes to attach everything. I would recommend this product. Thanks a lot! (Edit: 03/07/26) I realized I wasn’t feeling any movement because I had the static button on the whole time! After switching it off, I can see that it truly works, giving comfort and helping with pressure relief, whether the button is on or off.

Best mattress pad for a great night's sleep!

I had my first good night's sleep in ages the very first time I used this! I usually sleep on my back but tend to roll to my side in the morning, which can be painful. With this pad, I was able to stay on my back all night without discomfort or waking up constantly to shift positions. It's so quiet and the gentle motion of the cells filling with air every 6 minutes is nice. I stumbled upon this pad while looking for something to ease my back pain and improve my sleep. It was originally designed for people who are in bed for long periods to help prevent bed sores, but it's been a lifesaver for me as a senior who's struggled with comfort lately. I picked this one because it has a static mode for when I want to sit up and read or eat, and I like the individual pockets instead of a solid row of tubes like some others. Some folks call it a wave motion, and honestly, I love it! I set it up in the afternoon and fell asleep right away because it felt so soothing.

Rest at last

This was pretty easy to assemble. I did have to adjust the pressure on the second day since it was a bit too firm for me. The quality looks good, and the product feels stable and thick. I've only had it on my bed for a week, but I'm really happy to finally get some sleep. There was no weird plastic smell when I unboxed it. Worth the price!

Fantastic Product! Mom is happy!

I can’t say enough good things about this item. The pump is super quiet, it’s almost silent. The hoses connecting to the pump from the mattress are on the side, making it easy to use with a sheet. I put the pad on the mattress and beneath the sheet, and it doesn’t block the airflow at all. My mom has been sleeping better at night. The quality is impressive! I would recommend this.

I had the best sleep ever on my first night with this mattress pad! I usually sleep on my back but have to shift to my side in the early morning because of discomfort. But this time, I stayed on my back all night without any pain or needing to toss and turn. It’s really quiet and has a nice gentle motion where the cells fill with air every 6 minutes. I stumbled upon this while looking for a solution to my back pain and sleepless nights. This alternating air pressure mattress is meant for older folks who stay in bed a lot to help with bed sores, but it works wonders for me, a senior who’s battled uncomfortable sleep for months. I liked that it has a static mode for sitting up while reading or eating, so you don’t get the constant motion when you want to relax. The separate pockets design is much better than the solid tube styles I’ve seen. Some say it feels like a wave, and I enjoy that motion. I set it up in the afternoon, and I fell asleep right away because it felt so soothing.

Amazing Mattress Pad!

I love this thing! I thought I might feel the movement of the air cells, but I really don’t. All I know is I wake up feeling comfy and relaxed. As someone who's mostly bed bound due to being a paraplegic, I spent a lot of money before trying to find the right mattress, but it didn't meet my needs. After just a night or two on this air pressure mattress pad, I've got to say, it feels like the solution I've been searching for. I'm pleased with it and hope it lasts a long time. The best part? You can't even hear the motor! I have it set on “soft,” and it's like sleeping on a cloud. It supports my entire body so well. It fits my twin XL adjustable bed perfectly, and it stays comfy in every position. Placing it on the bed and hooking everything up was simple—it only took a few minutes! I recommend this product. Thanks! (Edit: 03/07/26) Oh, I found out why I wasn’t feeling any movement... It turns out the static button was on the whole time! After reading some reviews and spotting that one comment about it feeling like waves, I checked the motor settings. I switched to the alternating mode, and it actually works! I’m getting comfort and relief from pressure sores whether the static button is on or off. At least that’s what worked for me.
