The box had a bit of damage on arrival, but I reached out to Hawkins Woodshop and they helped me with a discount. It was simple to assemble, and so far, it feels comfortable and looks great.

I have to start by mentioning the customer service, which was fantastic. After I placed my order, I got a message explaining that it would be shipped in three boxes, along with tracking info for each one. When the shipment arrived, one box was missing. I checked the tracking and saw it hadn't been picked up, so I reached out, and a few hours later, they replied saying they found it and it was on its way. I got it the next day, and they even followed up to make sure everything arrived. As for the product, it's made from aluminum and feels sturdy. The cushions are comfy, but they come vacuum sealed, so give them some time to puff up. Assembly was simple—just make sure you place the right bolts where they need to go. The instructions mostly use pictures, which make it pretty clear once you look at them. I chose the gray option, and it looks great. This table is one of the sturdiest outdoor tables I've owned; you could sit or even stand on it without worrying about it collapsing. I think you can adjust it to change the configuration, but I’ll leave that for someone else to explore. Overall, we're pleased with this purchase, and it seems built so much better than others we've seen that cost double or triple the price. Worth it, and I'd buy it again.
