Solid choice
This item seems tough and looks as nice as some of the pricier options out there. It's bigger than I expected and can easily support a 6'4”, 250-pound guy—super sturdy. Putting together two chairs and a table took me about an hour, and it’s pretty straightforward. I highly recommend using a cordless driver with a hex bit to make it easier; otherwise, it'll take way longer. If you’re in a bind, you can turn one of the hex wrenches they send into a hex drill bit pretty easily. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

Great Looking Patio Set - seems durable and of solid material!
I received this patio set a few days ago and got it all set up on my back patio. Just so you know, my patio is uncovered, and previous furniture out there hasn't held up well over the last 4 years. When I unpacked this Serwall set, I was really impressed by the weight and sturdiness of the materials. It looks like it’s built to last. Living in South Florida, I’ll be keeping an eye on how it does during the hot summer months. My patio only gets morning sun, so hopefully that helps. I did notice that the chair slats flex a bit when I sit on them, as some others pointed out, but it doesn’t bother me, and I don’t think they’ll break. I’m a little concerned about the table warping eventually, just like another reviewer mentioned, but I’ll be sure to update my review after a few months. As for customer service, I have to give a shoutout to Colby for being responsive and helpful with my questions. That kind of service goes a long way in my book. Overall, this set was a deal for the price, and it looks great. Installation was easy but be sure to use a drill with a hex bit because the included tools won’t cut it. It took me about 1.5 hours to unpack and put everything together.

I picked up this 5-piece outdoor patio set (bar height) in gray after checking out various options for outdoor furniture. Living in a marine environment, durability is key because of the salty and wet conditions. I chose this set mainly because it's made from HDPE resin, which I know will stand up to the elements. Not only does it look nice, I'm confident it'll last a long time given its solid build. Putting it together was simple, and while the tools they included were handy, my own power tools made it even easier. These pieces aren't foldable and are pretty thick and heavy, so I expect them to last. They’re perfect for seeing over our deck railing without any obstructions. The set is sturdy and comfortable, but I’d recommend getting some seat cushions (not included) for added comfort. I’d suggest this set since it’s such a great deal based on my research. You won't regret this purchase!

Update: Just a quick update to my original review. I did want to add that within the first week of setting this set up on my back patio, the table did warp slightly, so now water pools up in the middle of the table now. Over the last 3 months, the set has held up perfectly otherwise. No hardware rust (and we have had a lot of rain), no further warping of any pieces. I still maintain my 5 star rating, as the price was good, and customer service when purchasing was great.______________________ORIGINAL review: I just got this set a couple days ago and set it up on my back patio. For reference, my back patio is uncovered, and most of the furniture I have had out there in the last 4 years has weathered so much I had to get rid of it. I found this Serwall set, and was very happy at the material heft and supposed durability when I unpacked it. It seems like it will last a long time. I am in South Florida, so we will see how it holds up in the summer. My patio is on the east side of my house, so I will only get the morning sun (until around 12-1pm most days). I do feel the chair slats flex a little bit when I sit in them as others have stated, but I don't mind, and I don't think they will ever break. Also the only thing I am slightly worried about is the warping of the table over time in the sun as another reviewer had mentioned and posted pictures showing the warping. I will update my review after a few months of use. As I understand this material hdpe should be one of the most weather resistant materials. Also, shoutout to customer service for being prompt with responses to my inquiries and just being kind and helping me out. That goes a long way with customers. Bottom line, this set was a great deal for the money, and seems to be of great quality and durable material, great colors, and straight forward installation. (Need to use a drill with hex bit, as there is zero chance you build this in one day with the provided tools as others have stated.) Took me 1.5 hours for unboxing/building everything.
