Great Purchase for My Oven
I grabbed an open box deal for 30% off and felt like I got a steal, but honestly, even at full price, it’s worth it. The large insulated silicone feet let it sit safely on top of my Breville oven, protecting my cabinets and anything placed on it. The carved handles make it easy to use as a serving tray, and they keep my fingers safe from burns when taking it out of the oven. The material feels thick and well-made, so I’m confident it’ll last longer than the oven itself. I did think it seemed a bit small at first, but after using it, I see the design is smart— it lets heat and steam escape without hurting the bamboo. Great Serving Board
This board works just as I expected. I use it on top of my oven, and it fits well while keeping the unit's specs in mind. I don’t actually use it for cutting because bamboo isn't the best for my Japanese knives, but it’s perfect for serving. My main concern was whether the heat from the oven would affect it, but I've noticed that the insulation is good—the surfaces about 6 inches away don’t get any extra heat, and the board doesn’t seem to change that at all.
