I've had this Allsum bamboo board for over a year now, and I mostly use it for butchering big cuts of beef and pork. I've kept up with a routine of cleaning, oiling, and waxing it, and it still looks awesome and performs well. Unlike another bamboo board I have from a different brand, this one hasn’t split at all.
