Measuring 13-3/4 by 9-3/4 by 5/8 inches, this cutting and serving board is crafted from bamboo wood and finished with a cork backing designed to keep it from sliding around during use. At 1.9 pounds, it is light enough to move easily between the counter and the table, making it a good fit for slicing bread, cheese, fruit, meat, or vegetables, or for serving them straight from the board.

Care is simple but specific. Wash it by hand with mild soap and cool water rather than soaking it or placing it in the dishwasher, microwave, or refrigerator, since sudden temperature swings can cause the wood to crack over time. Drying it thoroughly after washing and applying mineral oil occasionally will help the surface keep its appearance, and the board is covered by a limited warranty.
