My daughter is obsessed with it
Got this for my 13 year old's Christmas and she likes it. I assembled it mostly by myself - she just held a couple pieces while I screwed things in, maybe 5 minutes of help. Assembly took me over 3 hours total. Some of the instruction steps were confusing and I had to go back and fix a few mistakes, but it wasn't too bad overall. The color-changing lights are really cool and she synced it to music using the app. The cabinets are great for storing perfume and decorations, and the top shelf is for displaying stuff. Lots of drawer and cabinet space. Took some time deciding, but I'm happy with this one. It feels solid and I think it'll hold up well for her.

Nice vanity for a young girl
Got this vanity for our 9 year old granddaughter's birthday and she loved it. It has little storage spots, shelves with glass doors, a good mirror, and the lights really make it stand out. Overall I'd say this is a solid vanity worth getting, especially if it's for a younger teen. Assembly took me under two hours with all the parts involved, and the instructions were pretty straightforward. It feels sturdy and should hold up well. A few things to be aware of: The LED lights don't adhere that great - you'll want to secure them better or they'll catch on the drawer when it slides. The built-in USB outlets are convenient, but both slots end up going to the light and LED setup, so that limits what else you can plug in. The LED remote is basic, though there's an app option if you want more control. Also watch out for the outlet orientation - they both face inward, which means if you have a thicker plug that only goes in one way, it might block access to the USB ports. I'm planning to add a separate power strip with USB and regular outlets to the side to fix that. One more thing - I was missing a piece for the seat and contacted Colby about it. They sent a replacement right away at no charge, which was great. I'll probably add some hooks for my hair tools while I'm at it.

It took my husband and I about 4 hours to put it together. The directions were very good and we had no problems following them. The vanity is nice, but definitely a young persons piece of furniture... I really cannot see an adult wanting this. It's made out of a laminated particle board type of material, so we don't expect it hold up for several years with much use... I would consider this "temporary furniture" which is fine as our granddaughter will most likely outgrown it in two to three years (if it last that long). The vanity is pretty, appears sturdy, and I do recommend for a young person to use for a few years.

My daughter held a couple things in place while I screwed them in but helped less than 5 mins. It did take me 3+ hours to put together. There were some parts of the instructions that were hard to understand and I had to redo a couple things when I realized I had done them wrong but overall it was not too difficult. The colored lights are really cool and my daughter downloaded the app to set to music and change the colors. The cabinets are perfect to put things like perfume in as well as decor. The shelf on top is perfect to display things and the cabinets and drawers are spacious. After a lot of consideration, I am glad I chose this particular vanity and feel it is a reasonable price and well made. I feel like this will last a long time for her.

This is such a good quality vanity! I’m generally skeptical of anything made of pressed wood but this is solid. It will last a long time. I can move it around without fearing it will come apart. It is relatively heavy too, probably about 100 pounds. The white lights are plastic and they do not get hot, so I don’t have to worry about my daughter getting too close to the bulbs when she’s doing her hair and makeup. The led strip is optional but for an led strip, it’s good quality as well. It’s not the thin paper strip that you sometimes see but a thicker rubber/silicone type material. The adhesive on them leaves a little to be desired but there are clips to ensure it stays in place. A lot of the reviews talk about the size being smaller than they expected, but I would say it’s exactly what I would picture a standard vanity or desk to be. A normal desk chair will fit it just fine. I purchased the purple one, and the drawers are a little shimmery which is a nice, thoughtful touch from the designer. Overall, I am impressed!

It’s chic, has so much storage, outlet on the side, LEDs all along the bottom, Hollywood style lights along the mirror, a cute stool, and a hairdryer holder!!*you will need 2 people to carry the box. It weighed 150lbs*assembling took 6 hours by myself- this is not a quick build. It does not come with a screwdriver, you will need your own. I’d recommend a power drill to speed up the process. Every piece was labeled, easy instructions to follow. You will need 2 people for one step. Storage is the best feature, this can fit everything you possibly need. Even the stool opens up. It looks high quality, comes with white stickers to cover all the screw holes, and it doesn’t take up much space. The stool fits underneath, so the whole thing if flush to the wall. Any girl of any age would love this, don’t hesitate, it’s my favorite part of my room.
