Great Size for My Kitchen
I recently upgraded from an old bamboo board to the Boos Chop-N-Slice maple block, and I'm really happy with it. The size is just right at 18" x 12". It’s easy to handle but big enough for chopping a bunch of veggies or prepping meat. It doesn't slide around on the counter, and the maple looks nice. I love that it's reversible, so I use one side for produce and the other for meats. Just remember to treat it with Boos Oil regularly and wash it by hand to keep it in good shape. If you want a quality cutting board that’s not huge, this is a great option!

One of the nicest chopping blocks I’ve had or seen. This item is well made, good quality wood, nice finished. It’s heavy and durable. I haven’t seen any stain sticking to its surface, easy to wash.
