I was really happy with the delivery; it arrived fast and the delivery guys were friendly, bringing it right to my condo door! The product looks and is crafted well. I ended up needing to reach out to Customer Service, but it was pretty funny—turns out the two sets of tools were tucked away in a Velcro pocket at the back of the headboard, which matches the fabric perfectly!
