Now, about putting it together: it couldn’t have been simpler. Just four high-quality bolts on each side, and it’s done. Assembly was a big reason I chose this one, and it didn’t disappoint. Just a heads up though—this desk weighs around 160 pounds, so grab a friend to help move it. It’s not your flimsy kind of furniture; it’s the type that would normally need a couple of strong guys to set up in an office. Take your time setting up your computer and monitor, but don’t plug anything in yet. Think about where you need space for things like a notebook or another laptop. Raise the desk to its max height—if you have an adjustable office chair, you can make it comfy. I used some double-sided tape to stick my power strip to the side, which makes it look neat with almost no visible cables. I ended up with just two cables going to the wall, one for power and one for the network. I even stuck a little network switch underneath to keep everything tidy.
