Wonderful product. Superior service.
I'm delighted with this coat rack (which I'm using to hang purses). It's well-designed and made of quality materials. Equally impressive is the customer service. When assembling the rack (which was very easy), one of the "pipes" was not threaded properly and could not be tightened. I emailed the company (at night) and received a quick response offering to send another rack. I had the replacement within a few days and it's perfect.

Beautiful black with white marble base and sturdy
The black marble base has white swirls in it and it looks very nice. Easy to put together and the heavy marble base makes it very stable even with heavier objects. I ordered two and the second came without the hardware but I emailed the Hawkins Woodshop and they were very quick to respond. They initially sent the wrong hardware to me, but then when I contacted them they were very apologetic and sent the correct hardware right away. I might buy a third one because I like them so much and they work in my two guests rooms that don't have much closet space for guests so the guests can use the hat racks to hang their clothes, etc.

Love the marble-base coat hanger
Received the coat hanger recently and am very happy to use it. Pros:- Very easy to put together - just screw on the various pieces. Took me just a few minutes to put it together. It also comes with a manual describing the assembly.- The strong, heavy marble base keeps the hanger standing firm and upright- Will not buckle even when all 8 hangers are used- Small footprint. Wil tuck away very nicely in the corner- Space saver. Saves space in the clothes closet in the foyer,- Looks quite elegant. Mine is all black with a nice black marble base with a design on it,- The height is adjustable depending on how many of the vertical pieces you join together. I did have a small problem with one of the pieces. Reached out to the manufacturer. He was very responsive and took care of the issue very promptly. All in all a good product. Highly recommend.

Solid and affordable coat rack
This is a nice sturdy coat rack for a small space and perfect to hang our reusable shopping bags, jackets, hats, etc. This assembled easily for me in just a couple of minutes and it’s very solid with that heavy marble base; no wobbles or loose components. I believe if you want a shorter version for perhaps a kid’s room, you can leave out a section or two of the rack, but we like it at full height. It will work great for our needs.

Excellent coat rack
This coat rack works well. I have it in my bedroom I am using it to hang a couple bags and some sweat shirts on. I have it a mid height. It was also easy to put together.
