Great Desks for a Stylish Study Area
My son and I chose these desks for our home, getting one for him and another for his twin sister. I wanted to set up a dedicated study area for them to focus on their homework and stay organized. Assembling the desks was pretty straightforward. I did both by myself, with the first one taking a couple of hours with my daughter helping out and the second about an hour solo. The parts were clearly numbered, and the instructions were easy to follow, which made the whole process simple. Everything fit together well, and I'm impressed with how sturdy and well-made they are. They're not too heavy but do need a little help to move into place. The quality looks great, so I’m confident they’ll last for years as long as the kids take care of them. Great desk for smaller spaces
This desk is just perfect! It has plenty of surface area for my laptop, an extra monitor (which I have on a riser), and a separate keyboard, plus room on the side for my papers. The drawers work smoothly and vary in depth, which is handy for different items. I love the solid top; I chose the white with a brown finish, and it looks nice. Overall, it's a buy, especially for smaller rooms!

Perfect Desks for a Functional and Stylish Study Space
My son and I selected these desks for our home. We purchased two, one for him and one for his twin sister. I completed both myself. The first desk took a couple of hours with my daughter’s assistance, while the second one took about an hour for me. Nice unit - much better assembled quality than expected.
My daughter purchased this for her new bedroom at college, but of course Dad had to build it :-). Although I didn't have high expectations at this price point, I was impressed by many aspects of this desk. First, the top is attractive and very solid/sturdy. Second, the fit and finish of the entire unit was very good. All pieces fit, all holes aligned, and all hardware joined perfectly - despite the wood material of the drawer unit (melamine-covered particle board), I had no stripped screws, which is a good indicator that the manufacturer chose the right hardware for the application. Third, all drawers came out square and aligned within the drawer cabinet perfectly. Finally, the adjustable feet did a great job to make the desk sturdy on my daughter's half-rug, half-floor desk location. On the down side, although it would have been nice to have quieter drawer slides (this unit uses classic roller slides - no full extension, no ball bearing, no soft-close), it's pretty good to get five well-fitted, self-closing drawers at this price point. Assembly tip - remember we are working with particle board, here, and the instructions clearly state to use a manual (not a powered) screwdriver. I strongly agree with this for the first few screws of each type, so you can learn how much to tighten without stripping. Beyond that though, I suggest moving to a powered screwdriver with the proper torque setting based upon the tightness achieved with your manual method for each screw type. There are over 100 screws (of about four different types) in this hardware pack, and you will definitely wear out your wrist if you tighten them all manually. Btw, the pack includes 1-2 extra screws of each type, just in case one falls and disappears into the ether. Overall, this is a much better than expected product that I foresee my daughter using for years after she graduates.
