I thought this bed would be a bit taller, but it's on the shorter side; you'll definitely need a 10-inch mattress. I ended up getting an 8-inch mattress, which looks small on this frame. I also ordered another mattress for my son. Other than that, I have no issues. Just be ready to assemble it since it comes with quite a few pieces. My son, who's 10, loves it, and as long as he's happy, I'm good with it. Good quality for a reasonable price!

Thought it be taller but it's a bit in the short side, you'll need a 10inch mattress fyi I ended up getting an 8inch mattress that's fairly smaller on this bed frame. I ended up ordering another mattress for my kid, other than that, no complaints, be prepared to build, comes with a lot of pieces but overall my son loves it and he's 10. As long as his happy so am I. Great quality for a fair price.
