Love this stylish dog kennel!
I’m thrilled with this furniture piece that blends perfectly with my home decor. It’s big enough for both of our dogs, so now they can relax with us in the living room instead of whining in another room at bedtime! My husband had it assembled in under 30 minutes without any issues. The rustic look of the wood is really nice, and there’s ample space for their toys and treats or some decor. It’s tall and wide enough to comfortably fit a larger dog or two. Plus, it comes with four hangers for leashes and collars, and the gold buttons for the doors add a lovely detail. It’s a solid, easy-to-assemble kennel, and I’m so pleased to replace those clunky black crates with this stylish option!

I wanted to share my thoughts on this, as it's priced much more reasonably than similar items I’ve seen. I was a bit unsure about ordering it, but honestly, the value compared to what you get is impressive. The quality is top-notch—this thing is heavy! I managed to put it together by myself, but having someone help would definitely make it easier. Take your time with the easy-to-follow instructions; they even include a screwdriver and a key for assembly. Just a couple of tips: First, don’t screw everything in too tightly right away, especially when attaching the wooden top to the frame; keep it a bit loose until everything fits together nicely. Second, once it's all assembled, make sure to adjust the feet carefully so the doors align perfectly for the locks. The wood is solid and thick, and the top isn't any different. The metal parts feel both strong and lightweight, and the locks operate smoothly. There's even a side door, though I don't use it in my setup. Overall, I’m pleased with this crate and its quality for the price. I've had dogs for years, so I know what works, and this looks too! A 5-star product—well done by Hawkins Woodshop!

I thought it would be important to add my reviews because even though these things at your Pet store could easily cost twice or 3 times that price, it is still not a cheap item. I was very hesitant to order but the price, indeed, for what it is (see item description) was extremely attractive. I can definitively say that the quality is superb. It is a heavy package! Although I put it together by myself, a second person would have been welcomed at times. I recommend being patient (please take your time!) and simply follow the very clear directions. They even provide you with a screwdriver and a key. I'd like to mention two important things: 1) in some spots / parts assembly do not screw all the way the screws. Give them some play. Especially when you are going to start assembling the wooden top part to the frame - the frame should be a bit loose at its top part. Then when you see that the parts are going together nicely you may secure them all the way. 2) When completed it is extremely important (as the directions indicate) that you play with the feet so that the front opening/closing grids be perfectly aligned for the locks. The wooden floor is is quite thick and heavy and that's just perfect. The wooden top is of the same quality. The metal parts are strong and light at the same time. The locks are very easy to switch off and on. There is even a side door but in my configuration I do not use it (it stays locked). This is a great buy for the quality + price. I was happily surprised about this crate/furniture. I've had dogs all my life so I know what works and doesn't work. Moreover it looks great!5 star item - very well done from the manufacturer / company. Meets and exceeds my expectations.

Sturdy and rustic furniture piece
I’m so excited about this new piece of furniture that fits in with my decor. It’s large enough for both dogs.
