I don’t normally write reviews. However if I could leave a 10 star review for customer service I would. To start this chair is amazing. I work from home and it has been truly the best most comfortable. I bought the chair close to a year ago and recently the wheels started falling off causing me to almost fall when attempting to sit on the chair. I messaged Hawkins Woodshop and they were quickly responsive and provided a quick solution. They replaced the wheels and bottom piece of my chair. The parts shipped quickly. My chair has been fixed and I am back to being comfortable. Truly a great experience!
