Cute and designed well
I thought it would be hard to assemble, but it wasn’t. It takes some time, but the instructions are clear and show how to position everything right. It feels sturdy and fits perfectly with my modern farmhouse style. Just a heads up, I got two 8” memory foam mattresses. You can go thicker for the top, but anything more than 8” on the bottom won’t fit in the hideaway. Happy I figured that out!

I'm really pleased with this daybed. It feels sturdy and well-built—both the metal parts and MDF seem solid. I found a good spot for it despite my uneven floor, and it ended up being level and stable. I didn’t hear any noise from it, so that’s good. The sides look nice with a leather-like vinyl, and they should be easy to clean if needed. If you don’t like visible screws and bolts, this might not be the best fit for you, but it doesn’t bother me too much. I’ll only be using it a few times a year for my nieces, so it’s not a big deal. Assembly was a workout—needs two people to bring it inside unless you want to carry it in pieces like I did. Doing it alone took me a few hours, but laying all the parts out helped since not everything was labeled clearly. I went with two 8-inch mattresses, and while they fit, I should’ve gone with a 6-inch for the bottom because it’s a tight squeeze making the trundle slide out. The top mattress works okay at 8 inches, but I think a 10-inch would be better for that part. Overall, I’d recommend this daybed to friends with similar needs.

This bed is a great deal for the price! We got it for our granddaughters to use when they come over, and we were really pleased with how sturdy both the bed and the trundle are. Setting it up took us just over an hour, but that included organizing the pieces before we started. Once we got going, it was simple to put together. We also love that the headboard has a spot for our granddaughters to charge their Yoto machines since they’re too young for phones. I’d recommend this bed! Just a tip, make sure you go for a 12-inch mattress; we used a 10-inch and wish we had chosen thicker.

The pictures don’t do it justice! It can be a bit of a pain to assemble, so you’ll definitely want a buddy to help. But trust me, it's a great purchase! My cats were scratching up my furniture, so now I’ve turned it into a cozy couch in my living room with some cushions. It looks and I've received tons of compliments on it!
