The 40 inch crate is really solid. It looks way better than the standard ones you see everywhere, and the build quality is noticeably good. Everything showed up in one piece with no issues, and the packaging was thoughtful. Assembly wasn't too bad—I had someone help me when I was connecting the bottom to the door frame. My one small concern is that the cage bars have a tiny bit of movement to them. They feel secure enough, but there's just a little wiggle that might become a problem down the line. That said, I'm happy with it for the price.

Really happy with the quality of this crate bed! I managed to put it together in about an hour with a little help. The extra screws were handy since one was slightly off. The latches are copper-colored, which surprised me at first since I thought they’d be black, but they work great and seem solid. There's plenty of airflow for my pup, and it's sturdy enough to keep her safe while storing her treats on top. My King Charles, who weighs around 24 pounds, can stretch out comfortably. I found a removable cover bed that fits perfectly, but it also comes with a basic nonslip blanket pad, which is nice. It sits off the ground just enough to keep it cool. Great for larger rabbits
This works great for a free roam rabbit! I wouldn't suggest it for smaller rabbits since they might squeeze through the bars, but for medium to larger ones (I have a standard rex like in the pic, and it'd be perfect for new zealands, silver foxes, or anything around 9 lbs and up) it's ideal!! The raised lip keeps hay and bedding from scattering everywhere, the mat is easy to wash and has grooves on the bottom so it doesn't slide around, plus the sliding door is convenient because your rabbit can't accidentally shut themselves out by pushing it closed. It's a nice way to give your bun their own space without making a mess in your living room. Worth it!

The instructions were straightforward, but just a heads up, this is basically a box with four sides. If you need the door facing a different way, you can easily switch it around or just flip the hinges. The design is flexible enough to make adjustments if you need to. The unit feels really secure with good locks, and nothing seems likely to come apart. Sure, if a dog went nuts inside, it might get some damage, but honestly, it feels as sturdy as or even sturdier than a regular dog crate. The doors work well, and the hardware is solid. As for looks, it actually turned out nicer than I expected from the photos. The veneer does scratch, though, so depending on how it was handled during shipping, there might be some marks on it. Luckily, mine had just a few tiny ones on the bottom. The feet are a bit tricky; only about half went in smoothly, while the others needed some extra effort, but they serve their purpose. A tip: pick up an Allen wrench bit set and a hand drill for assembly since there are a lot of screws. Also, consider getting soft sliding feet to put on the bottom of the included ones; it makes everything much easier.
