We had a small mix-up with a piece that arrived wrong, but Colby got back to me super quickly—like within two hours—and even sent the correct part overnight. I like the size of this piece. The center sections can be removed to give us a larger area, which is nice. It feels sturdy and was easy enough to put together. Once it’s all set up, it’s pretty heavy, so it’s best to build it where you want it. The latches are solid quality, and my dogs are comfortable in it, so I don’t worry about them trying to escape. Overall, it fits perfectly in our space and I’m happy with it.
