Really happy with this. Put it together without any issues and it showed up in good shape thanks to how well it was packed. The wheels work great and I like the lock feature. Only thing I'd do different is make it a bit narrower - my two Dachshunds are pretty long and could use a little more wiggle room.

Really nice crate. Got this one because my cat had an injury and needed to stay calm and not move around much. At first I wasn't sure the small size would work, but it's for her to sleep in—she can turn around and lay down without issues. It has two doors which is great, I mostly use both of them. Comes with a soft pad that I put a blanket over to make it more cozy. The wheels on the bottom are helpful for moving it between rooms. The whole thing is sturdy and the wood looks great. Worth buying!

Putting it together was pretty straightforward. I did end up with a couple of pieces backwards because the diagram wasn’t super clear on positioning. Once I fixed that, everything went together nicely. My dogs have actually started using it to nap on their own, which is great! It looks nice, too. Plus, I appreciate the wheels option—it makes it easy to move around and then I can lock them when I want it in one spot.

I have to say, even though I mentioned my puppy in the title, he’s actually an 8-year-old, 14-pound coton de tulear mix. Putting this together was a breeze! I didn't even need to use my power screwdriver and had it all set up in about 20 minutes, including unpacking. It looks fantastic and fits perfectly with the farmhouse vibe in my home! Just a heads up, the 'wood' part is made of particle board, not real wood. Think of the kind of furniture you’d get for a college dorm or your first apartment—honestly, it's a bit like what you’d find at Walmart. I doubt it would hold up long for a active dog that isn’t crate trained or loves to chew. It’s probably best suited for more relaxed, older dogs like mine. A nice surprise was that it came with a pad! The front gate has a good lock like you find on a regular metal crate, but the side entry has a bit of a flimsy dog bone-shaped hinge that might break if a determined dog tries to escape. So yeah, I think it’s better for calmer pets. If you’re not dealing with a hyperactive, teething puppy, this could be a fit for your dog. I'm happy with it, and my pup seems to love his new space—he went right in without me having to coax him.

Nice crate - using for a cat
The crate is easy enough to assemble, but I had undo both short sides of the crate as I had them upside down. The instructions are pictures only. Haha! It was not a huge deal, but it would’ve saved me some time. Even with my mistakes it took about 45 minutes to assemble. I chose to use the flat “feet” as opposed to the wheels as I am not using this as a dog crate. I am using it as a cat feeding station. I have one free feeding cat who is a healthy weight and one who will eat until he is rolling away. Eventually, I’m going to replace one of the sides with a board with a hole that only the small cat can fit through. The crate is decent quality and looks nice in the kitchen. As I am not using this as a dog crate, I’m not sure about the durability. It is not solid wood but pdf with a wood veneer. I also like the padded cushion that came with the crate. Since I’m using this as my cat’s “bistro box” I put the cushion on top of the crate. In my opinion, it’s a good choice for the price point.

I initially thought the small crate it was too small, but it’s good just for sleeping purposes, which there is actually enough room for her to turn around and sit. It also has two entries, which I mainly used the double doors. It comes with a nice plush pad which I covered with a blanket for more comfort. I like that I can move the crate from room to room because of the wheels on the bottom. It’s a sturdy unit and the wood is beautiful. It’s worth the purchase!
