This is a solid deal for the price. I’ve got it holding a lightweight hand towel and washcloth in my tiny bathroom. I attached the base support to the drywall, which makes it easy to patch up later. If it's not steady, make sure to use some anchors in the drywall. The material is that faux metal look you see in budget items, but hey, for under $4, it works for me. I’m adding some pics of what came in the package—just a heads up, there were no anchors or instructions included. It’s pretty basic, but it does the job.

For the price, this is an excellent value. I use it for a lightweight hand towel and washcloth in my small bathroom. I screwed the base support into the drywall to easily patch the holes when I move. Use screw anchors in the drywall if wobbling is an issue. It *is* that faux metal they use for low-end products, but for under $4, I'm fine with it. I'm adding pics of all that came in the package, no anchors or instructions. I think it's builder-grade.
