My father-in-law was really taken with this headboard when he saw it at the brick and wanted to get it, but I wasn't about to pay the $800 they were asking. After some searching, I found the exact same one from Ashley Furniture at Hawkins Woodshop for half the price. There were only two left, so I grabbed one. I didn’t realize it needed some assembly, but it showed up and it took me just 10 minutes to put together. The assembly was easy with the large carriage bolts and wing nuts. I'm not a huge fan of the battery-operated light, but overall, it looks great. I'm even considering ordering a king-size version for myself!
