Happy with my new standing desk!
So far, this standing desk has been great for me. I've been using it for a little over a month now. My legs do feel a bit tired, but it's nice to be able to move around more. I even sleep a bit better since I've had the chance to wiggle around during the day. Assembly was pretty straightforward; I just used some loctite for the bolts and glue on the dowel joints. The motor works well—not completely silent, but it's not too noisy either. Height adjustments are easy to make, and I like that I can lock it so the kids can't mess with it. The only downside is the cable management—it would have been nice if they included a simple cable tray for a few more bucks. I picked up a cheap one that works fine, and I added a clamp-on 65W charger with USB ports to tidy things up. Overall, I'm pleased with it. Good price, looks nice against the wall, and I feel healthier since I can move more now.

Solid Desk That Meets All My Needs
I got this desk in black, and it’s just what I needed. It’s a solid piece with a hefty 1” thick tabletop. It looks and feels sturdy. I was impressed by the higher-than-average weight capacity—more than 176 lbs—which is hard to find. I leaned on it a bit, and it held up well and didn’t flex too much. Plus, it’s quieter than I expected. As for cable management, while it doesn’t have a fancy built-in system, they offer cool add-ons like an under-desk tray and a magnetic cable concealer. I might return the tray since I have a larger UPS, but the magnetic piece looks great and keeps my cables tidy. All the extras were under $20, which is nice. The price was a big factor for me. I looked into the Magnus Pro, but after spending on my computer build, I needed something budget-friendly. The Flexispot E7 was over $300 more without much better specs, so this desk was a win. It’s stable and perfect height-wise for my gaming setup. I found the instructions easy to follow. Some folks had trouble with the guide rod, but I didn’t. I set it all up by myself without issues. The desk also arrived in condition, with no damage at all. Big thanks to Hawkins Woodshop for getting that right! Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and can’t wait to use it more. Hope everyone has a great day!

Just buy it!!!
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews unless something really stands out, but I felt this deserved a shout-out. This desk blew me away. The shipping was quick—I got it from Hawkins Woodshop in just 2 business days! The price is great compared to others out there. The build is incredible. It’s heavy (so I’d suggest having two people to put it together, but I managed on my own, just took a bit longer), and it feels solid. There’s plenty of space and it’s designed with comfort in mind. You can even adjust the height to fit your chair perfectly! Putting it together was pretty straightforward, but it would be even better if the parts were labeled, since some look similar and that can make following the manual a bit tricky. But that’s a small issue. Overall, I’m giving it 5 stars. This desk is a long-term investment and I have no doubt it will last for years!

Impressive delivery, it arrived two days earlier than expected! It comes in two boxes which is a smart idea to help with the weight. My friend and I put it together easily; you'll definitely want some help since the metal frame pieces are heavy. Once the frame was up, we just added the nice, sturdy wooden top. I love that it has adjustable feet in case my floor isn't perfectly level. I'm happy with this purchase!

Awesome Adjustable Desk
This desk is sturdy and a good deal. Assembling it was a breeze for one person, though having someone else help is definitely a plus. I love that I can easily adjust the height to find my working position.

Solid Desk That Gets the Job Done
I bought this desk in black and it’s just what I needed. It’s not fancy, but it ticks all the boxes for me. 1. The top is solid. I got the 48x30 version, and it’s all one piece and 1” thick. It feels sturdy. 2. It holds more weight than a lot of others I found, which helps cut down on any wobbling. I put a little pressure on it, and it barely moved, which is nice. 3. About cable management: it doesn’t have some fancy built-in system, but there are under-the-desk attachments you can buy, and they’re all under $20. I’m using the magnetic cable concealer and it looks pretty good compared to before. 4. The price is great. I looked at other options like the flexispot e7, but it was way more expensive for not much difference in weight capacity. For my setup, it fits just fine. It’s really stable at sitting height, which is what I care about. Just a side note: the instructions were clear. I built this on my own without any issues, and it came in condition. No fingerprints or anything. Overall, I’m happy with my choice. Hope this helps someone else out there!

Great work surface!
My husband shared some thoughts on this desk after using it for a bit. He noticed some sharp edges where the panels join, and he recommended a few changes for safety and support. One thing is having a full-length joining channel instead of short ones, especially since the middle panel gets a lot of pressure from resting hands. He also thinks thicker screws would help hold everything better. But overall, he likes the desk. It runs quietly and looks nice. Putting it together was pretty straightforward. The only tricky part was adjusting the leg width while securing the drive rod, but he managed to get it set up in about two hours. Having a cordless drill really sped things up, and the instructions were clear. The height adjustment is smooth and quiet, with nice pre-set buttons for saving your favorite heights. The lowest setting ends up being about the height of a regular desk, so you might want to look into an under-desk keyboard tray if that fits your style. The frame is heavy enough that the top doesn’t wobble at all—a big plus since his old desk shook during calls. He’s got plenty of room to mount some things underneath, just be cautious about screw lengths. He got the 32" x 63" version, but he’s thinking a longer model might have worked better since his old desk was kind of L-shaped. But since he's using less equipment now with a KVM switch, he thinks it’ll be fine. Also, just advice for anyone setting it up: be careful with cable management and anything kept under the desk—he had to be mindful of his PC cart and speakers to make sure nothing got crushed when raising and lowering the desk. Just keep an eye out for little kids and pets too; they can get in the way when the desk moves!
