Don't spend your life sitting at a desk!
I grew up playing computer games, and now as an adult, spent most of my waking hours working and sitting at a computer desk. As comfortable as I usually am, It is so much better to have the option of standing! Now realistically, I only stand maybe once per week, maybe for 20 or 30 minutes. But there are times when I am at my desk and just need to get up. It feels great to be able to lift the desk and keep going, if nothing else but for the variety and extra movement. The quality is nice, stable enough for it's width and weight, and has a good range from "normal" low and a comfortable standing height for my 6 foot 2 inch adult male self.
