Beware - this product is sent in 3 packages but only 1 shipping code is provided (3 are generated). I panicked when I received just a frame and Hawkins Woodshop said shipping completed. After a few days of emailing the company they gave me the additional shipping codes. I received the product before original stated date which was great. It arrived undamaged. Instructions were very very thorough and gave troubleshooting instructions for error codes. It took hours to assemble but the pieces and steps are all numbered. Makes for an easier process. Overall the desk is sturdy, well put together, and beautiful. Now I need to figure out cable management and it will be perfect. I got it on sale for $299, Worth the price for sure! I love it!!

Great quality for price point
Overall, the desk is great quality for the price point and loved like the advertisement. It took about two hours for me to assemble alone. The only reason I’m not rating it five stars is because the bottom part of the desk appeared to be white in the images however, it’s more of a gray color in person. That said customer service was very helpful and responded quickly to my concerns and we were able to align on a solution that allowed me to keep the desk.

Not Quite Perfect But Still Very Happy
The desk is beautiful. The color is exactly what I wanted. The instructions were fairly easy to follow until I got to attaching the frame to the base. The holes top of the desk did not match up with the frame either. Luckily, my husband is a great problem solver and was able to help. The end result is gorgeous!
