It is on the shorter side, so if you want more height, consider stacking another one on top without the legs for extra storage and a fresh look. I was really happy with the quality of this TV stand. The assembly instructions were clear with numbered parts and labeled pieces, plus there were helpful diagrams. It’s made from engineered wood and metal. While it isn't solid wood, it looks pretty close. The thicker particle board on the top and bottom gives it a sturdy feel. The metal structure underneath seems to add extra support, which is great. I tested the weight limit of 100 lb. By sitting on it once it was all put together, and it held my 54 lb. TV without any issues. The sliding doors still work smoothly after a week, too. Just a heads up: the top shelf weight limit should be distributed and not put all in one spot. Also, engineered wood doesn't handle moisture well, so I'd avoid using this outside, even if it’s covered. Overall, I think this is a good deal and built well.
