I've been using this Mimoglad office chair for nearly a month now, spending about 5 to 6 hours in it daily, and it has truly been a game-changer. It's super comfortable and holds up great during long work sessions. The build quality is solid, and it looks great with my desk. The armrests are especially niceโthey feel sturdy and help with support. Colby's customer service is, too. It was refreshing to talk to real people instead of bots from the start. I just got my new chair and while it took about a week to show up, I'm really happy with it! The color is just ๐. I was surprised to find a 5-year warranty card included in the box, so there's no need to buy an extra one if you were considering it; all you need to do is email them with your order number to register. The assembly instructions were clear, and putting it together was way easier than my old chairโtook me about 35 minutes. They even threw in a pair of soft white gloves, which made me chuckle when I put them on (you'll see what I mean in the pic!). I loved my previous chair, which I had for 3 years, but with my back issues and various surgeries, my therapist suggested something more ergonomic.
