Purchased a new unit in good condition. I feel its reasonably priced. The style goes well with my entire setup. Sitting for a work shift with its out the box defaults felt like the perfect size for me. Back support is a must with long office and gaming sessions and this does a good job. Update: updated to 5 stars. The Yaheetech brand is very responsive to support emails and within a couple days I have a replacement chair on the way. Their excellent customer service has completely turned this experience around. I ordered this chair on May 21, today is July 4 and one of the legs on the base just broke. I have used $20 office chairs that don't break in such a short time. I gave it two stars because the char was comfortable, but I certainly would not purchase this brand again with this having happened
