I bought this chair about 5 months ago and I'm still really happy with it. It feels even more comfortable now that it’s broken in, and it hasn't sagged at all. The armrests are easier to move, which is nice. I can sit in it for hours without any pain, and my friends have commented on how nice and comfy it is. I used to have a Secret Lab chair, but it gave me back pain. After a lot of searching for ergonomic chairs, I found this one and decided to give it a try. Assembly was easy—I did it by myself in under an hour. It feels supportive right from the start, and the adjustability is great for my size (5’5”, 190 lbs). My only small issue is that the armrests could be softer since they are a bit hard. I had a chance to keep a Herman Miller Aeron chair, but I like the adjustability of this one better, so I sold the other chairs. I hope it lasts well, but it feels solid so far. Also, customer service was good. I had a gas lift issue, and they sent me a replacement quickly, along with a lumbar pillow. Thanks to Colby for the help!
