I've struggled with holiday lights for ages. They’d either stop working, not connect to WiFi, or just fall apart after being up for a while. I even called a company to install permanent lights, and they wanted $10,000 for my whole house! So, I started looking for permanent lighting options and came across these gems. I’m really impressed! Installation was so easy, and adding extra strands was a breeze too. It took me just about 6 hours to install them around my entire roofline, and they look. Don’t worry about getting 200ft—if the light output decreases after 150ft, you can’t tell at all. I loved them so much I ordered more for my outdoor kitchen and hot tub gazebo, and they shine just as bright as the shorter ones. There are tons of color options and features, plus many presets. Great lights at a better price
These lights are amazing! I scoured Hawkins Woodshop for something that wouldn't break the bank like Govee does but still keeps up in quality. I found them! Unlike many other lights that use that frustrating open-code app, these have a good app that’s simple to use and the colors look just right. The build quality feels just as good as Govee, if not better. They come with a nice long 20-foot power cord too, which makes setting them up around the year so much easier without messy extension cords everywhere. I also plan to get an outdoor light box to keep the power supplies safe from the weather but still easy to reach. Plus, there's a sync button on the power supply, so I'll keep it accessible just in case, though they’ve been reliable with my wifi.

Great lights to brighten your space
These lights are a fantastic way to add brightness and style to my home. Setting them up was pretty straightforward, and there’s plenty of wire to work with from the power box, which makes hiding it a lot easier. The only tricky part was attaching all the mounting brackets individually, especially on a 100ft string, but overall, the installation was manageable. You could probably skip a few brackets, but I wanted my lights to look neat and tight. The LED lights are bright and can be controlled through an app that has tons of presets for different colors and modes for any holiday or season. I’m pleased with how they look! One downside is I wished the wires were white instead of black for a more seamless blend, but the white option was a lot pricier.

I’m really pleased with how these eternity eave lights look on my home. Most nights, I leave them on the solid white setting, and the light is bright and even without being too harsh. The built-in preset modes are a nice touch too. If you like to switch things up for holidays, game days, or special events, there are plenty of options. The effects change smoothly, and the colors are vibrant, making it easy to go from a classic look to something festive in no time. I set them on a daily schedule to turn on at dusk and off later in the evening, which has been helpful since I’d forget otherwise. The scheduling feature has worked perfectly, and they haven’t been on or off when they shouldn’t be. For installation, the included tape helped to get everything lined up, but I wouldn’t rely on the tape by itself in the long run. The center screw is what makes everything feel secure. I planned on screwing into the eaves from the beginning, so that was not a problem for me. With the screw in place, the brackets feel sturdy, and everything looks neat. I used quite a few wire management clips since I’m a bit particular about how my wires look. A couple of tips from my setup: Use the tape to mock up placement before securing anything, and get the center screw in once you’re happy with the alignment. Also, plan out the spacing on your peaks so a puck either lands right in the center or two are spaced evenly on either side of the peak. The lights have been working well for about three weeks now. The white light is still my go-to, but I like having other color and motion options when I want a change. I haven't seen any flickering or dim spots, and the overall lighting is consistent across the run.
