This product is imported and not made in-house. However, we do craft USA made-to-order furniture here.

This high back mesh chair in black includes a headrest for neck support along with dynamic lumbar support that flexes and adjusts as you move. It offers eight separate ergonomic adjustments in total, covering tilt tension control and lock, back angle, back height, swivel arms, seat height, seat depth, and arm height, making it adaptable to a range of body types. The mesh backing is manufactured in the US, and the seat is finished in leather that stays soft and wipes clean easily.

The tilt tension control is water resistant and lets the recline adjust based on the sitter's weight, which suits long stretches at a desk. Wheels are included for easy rolling around a workspace, and the chair ships with clear assembly instructions and the tools needed to put it together. It is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Great Chair for Long Hours

This chair is built really well and worth the purchase for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting. I put in around 10 hours on it, and it makes a huge difference compared to cheaper options. Comfy too. I ordered it, and it showed up in just 4 days—way quicker than I expected. I’m happy with my decision.

Awesome chair for the office!

I've had this chair for a few weeks and it's super comfy with plenty of adjustments available. The design is great and the quality of the materials is impressive. I'm so glad I decided to buy it. At first, I was a bit unsure about the price, but you truly get what you pay for. I would purchase it again!

I've had this chair for about half an hour now, and I'd say it deserves a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars for overall quality. The materials could be a bit better, but it does come with a lifetime warranty from Ergohuman, so fingers crossed they stick around! Setting it up took me around 15 minutes, including unpacking, and the only tool you really need is a 5 or 5.5mm hex wrench. If you have a drill-bit or socket attachment, I recommend using that. Just be careful seating the bolts—there are only six, but you get extra for each type, which is nice to have. Pros: The comfort is immediately noticeable, and I love all the adjustable features. The armrests have both yaw and height adjustments, the lumbar support can move up and down and tilt, the seat has depth and height adjustments, and the headrest also tilts and adjusts in height. You can find your sweet spot with this chair. Plus, the lifetime warranty somewhat justifies the higher price tag. Cons: The casters are entirely plastic except for the pivot shaft, which feels a bit cheap for over $600. I worry about the durability right off the bat. Also, the arm covers are foam that feels like it might wear out quickly since they don't seem well supported. I've seen a lot of office chairs with worn armrests, and I can see that happening here too. Overall, I'm enjoying the chair so far and hope it helps with my posture since I just started full-time online classes. Hope this helps anyone thinking about a purchase!

Still Going Strong After All These Years!

I've tried quite a few chairs, even the Herman Miller Aeron, but none have compared to this one in comfort. I have a ruptured disc between L4-L5, and this chair is the only one I've found that lets me work an entire 8+ hour day without any back pain. I wasn't keen on spending a lot on office furniture, but I'm really glad I did. If you struggle with lower back issues, I'd recommend it. After a little over a year of use, I’m happy to say I've experienced zero problems, and I still love it just as much as the day I first got it. Sure, the price is a bit steep for an office chair, but that seems to be the standard now. The ergonomics are top-notch, the mesh keeps me cool, and it still looks practically new. Now, I've been using this chair every day for 10-14 hours a day over the past five years, and it remains as comfortable as when I bought it. There's no wear and tear other than a few scratches from me being a bit careless. Since my business is growing, I’m looking to get more office chairs, and I'm planning to buy another one of these. I considered getting the newer Ergo Elite Chair with adjustable arms, but since it doesn’t match the width of the original, I'm sticking to what I know works for me. So here I am, nearly ten years in, and still no issues!

These Chairs Are Comfortable and Built to Last

Definitely worth the investment. The genuine Eurotech chairs are top-notch and feel way better than the imitations out there. I'm 6'4" and 270 pounds, and I can adjust it to fit me just right. It even accommodates someone who's under 5 feet tall. They’re sturdy and provide solid support—you can tell they’re high quality. I had an earlier version of this chair for 15 years, and it only needed a simple fix once for a hydraulic cylinder under warranty. I sold that chair, and it's still doing great with the new owner. Unlike cheap office chairs, I can sit in this all day without any back pain. The lumbar support is just right too. Assembly took about 10 minutes—just pop the casters into the base, attach the hydraulic cylinder, seat, and headrest, and secure the arms and back with the screws and wrench provided. Just a heads-up, it’s a heavy chair, so you might want a hand if lifting 25-30 pounds is tough. After that, enjoy tweaking all the adjustments for your comfort. I’m just a satisfied customer who’s been around for years.

Best Chair for Comfort

This chair is super comfy for long hours of sitting. I can use it all day without any pain, which is a big improvement over my old Aeron chair that I sold recently. This is my second one, and I recommend it!

5mm hex wrench and if you have either a drill-bit or socket attachment for it--highly recommend. Obviously you wanna take it eas

I think 4.5/5.0 stars is about right in terms of overall quality. Some of the construction material is suspect in terms of quality but there is a lifetime warranty from Ergohuman (*crosses fingers* "please don't go out of business--please!!!"). First, I've owned this chair for all of about 35 minutes now. It takes about 15 minutes to assemble (including unpacking time). The only tool you really need, I believe is a 5 or 5.5mm hex wrench and if you have either a drill-bit or socket attachment for it--highly recommend. Obviously you wanna take it easy when you're finally getting the bolts (only 6 (in 3 pairs) are used for complete assembly and it comes with a spare for each type) to be properly seated.- Pro: The extra hardware included but it arouses suspicions as to why they included it... No faith in integrity of the design??? But it's there--so there's that and I'm happy about it because if I need it--it'll be nice to have on-hand but if I do end up needing it, for the $600+ price tag, I am not going to be a satisfied consumer.- Pro: immediately-noticeable comfort- arm rests have yaw adjustment range and vertical height adjustment range- lumbar support has vertical adjustment range along with tilt/pitch adjustment- seat has depth adjustment range along with tilt/pitch control and standard vertical height adjustment- headrest has vertical adjustment range and tilt/pitch control as well.- summary--this thing will let you find your sweet spot in terms of comfortably-supported posture- Pro: lifetime warranty, this is prolly what justifies the $600+ price tag.- Con: the casters are 100% plastic except the pivot shaft... Which is kinda like "seriously?" for $600+ usd and complete plastic? I know it's standard fare for the wheels to be some kinda plastic but even the mount assembly? I have suspicions about the durability of this product, right out of the box.- Con: the arm covers, it's the typical foam that has a surface treatment to operate like a jacket but it's all one piece. My concern is that the support frame, which the arm rest covers, doesn't support it that well going forward. I know people tend to use the arm rests to kind of lift themselves into standing when leaving the seated position so I definitely see that causing advanced wear and suffering inevitable breakage just do to the inadequate support, I would say the internal support frame supports 85% of the arm rest cover with 2% hanging off the rear, negligible and understandable, and about 13% ish unsupported toward the very front tip. I've seen lots of office chairs with worn arm rests. Iunno what to even think about that. Like nobody has come up with an intelligent design to defeat the majority of wear in that area? Anyway, so far I am enjoying it and I hope it will support my posture proper 'cause I just started going to school full-time online (hence purchase). I hope this helps you guys in terms of what to expect with the purchase.

Rather amazing. Another reviewer mentioned that they'd prefer the seat...

I purchased this chair in May of 2012. As someone who works from home at a pc for untold hours each month, the investment has been more than justified by the comfort and adjustability of this chair. I did encounter a significant failure but it was immediately remedied by the Eurotech company, as explained below! I am 6'2" and I find that it raises just high enough -- both height from the ground and height from seat to headrest. The mesh material is shockingly durable... I've been in this chair for thousands of hours and it has yet to show any signs of wear (3 years x 300 days (conservatively) x 6 hours per day (conservatively) = 5400). Rather amazing. Another reviewer mentioned that they'd prefer the seat to tilt up and down. I totally agree. That would alleviate stress points for many people, though personally I've made it irrelevant by purchasing a 'Geek Desk' which raises from a sitting to a standing height. I also wish that the lumbar support was more aggressive... For the past few years I've had an additional lumbar pillow on the chair, which causes me zero difficulty and results in a near-perfect sitting experience. The real reason I'm leaving this review is to praise Eurotech's warranty and customer service. After a crazy amount of using this chair, I one day found that it was locked all the way 'back', which is to say that I could not tilt it forward. I tried everything I could think of... Tightening/loosening bolts, using wd-40 on key joints, etc. Etc. Ultimately, I filled out a simple form with Eurotech including a pdf file of my original purchase. Within 10 hours a representative replied and said that no, I couldn't service it myself (as I'd hoped), but that yes, they would replace it. I needed a new 'Seat and Mech' in their parlance, which meant literally an entire new mesh seat with all of the attached mechanisms... It probably weighed 20 pounds, accounted for 1/3 to 1/2 the price of the entire chair's design, and yet they shipped it to me in a few days with zero cost for S&H or anything else. Truly an unparalleled customer-service experience. I bought this product with a 'Lifetime Warranty', it broke, and they fulfilled the warranty once I proved my original purchase. It shouldn't be revolutionary, but I've gotta say... It was a refreshing experience to get a brand new piece of pricy equipment with virtually no hoops to jump through. I could comment on every single aspect of this chair, so if you have a burning question please leave it below and I'll reply. All in all, I love this product and am even more enamored with their customer service.

Super Good Quality

It has very good quality. Really worth to buy it for your work. Someone works over 10 hours in your chair. It is important for you. After I made an order, they delivered in 4 days, much shorter than they promised. Very comfortable. You won't feel tired as in the cheap chair. Good decision.
