Beautiful and solid piece of furniture - perfect for small to medium sized dogs
The entire unit is quite solid and of good quality. The top of the unit has a lovely finish. The unit arrived in two separate shipments several days apart. Assembly took a couple of hours and while all tools needed were included in the hardware packet, using a drill reduced the assembly time considerably. Also, one person can assemble the unit alone, but it is very heavy so I would recommend having a second person help if possible. When I received the shipment, two pieces arrived damaged. I messaged the customer service department (the number was listed with the instructions) and they resolved the issue quickly. The representative was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Lastly, the crates are definitely for small to medium sized dogs (40 pounds & under). Our 32 pound corgi fits perfectly in the crate, but a larger dog may not fit or be comfortable in it for any extended period of time. Overall, this is a very beautiful piece of furniture and I would highly recommend it!

This product is really nice. Assembly took several hours. It is so large that I needed help flipping it over to complete the assembly. Looks great, instructions are okay. Reminder to separate the drawer slider before attaching to the panel. The downside, first day in the kennel little dog was able to break through the metal bar on the door as seen in the photo. This kennel is for larger dogs so I’m not sure how my 13lb dog was able to break the bars the first night.

This thing is huge and Heavy! Assembly took many many hours because I did it alone. There is a section where you will need someone else to help you flip it twice, so just be aware of that when putting together. My package came in 2 separate deliveries. One came on a Saturday the other came on a Monday. Upon taking the materials out, I noticed one of the metal grates were bended and broken right where there was a pushed in hole on the box. I'm sure it got beat up during shipment, but Hawkins Woodshop was so easy to work with when I brought it to their attention. They immediately sent me a replacement part and now everything is as good as new 😊 I am obsessed with this piece of furniture, and my fur babies love it too! I have two small dogs (1 being 6lbs and the other 12lbs) and they have a ton of room in each section. I also have a 70lb American Bully that fits comfortably in it, but he sleeps in a different cage as I feel he might be able to chew his way through the bars. He can lay in it with no problem as the room is both wide and tall enough for him. This piece of furniture has several of my friends and family looking for their own, so get yours today!! It is stunning!
