Good but way too much Styrofoam
The nightstands showed up fine but I had to wait on the dresser. Reached out to Colby about it and they got back to me—turned out it was just still on its way since everything ships separately. Once it all arrived, the pieces work okay, though the quality isn't quite what I was hoping for. The black finish looks like a coating on top and it's already peeling a bit at the corners, which makes me think it'll get worse down the road. The nightstands were manageable to assemble—took me about an hour and a half each doing it solo. The dresser was way more involved, closer to 5 hours by myself, but that was just because there's a ton of parts. It showed up in 2 boxes on different days so I got 4 packages total over about a week. Fair warning though, these pieces come packed with a crazy amount of Styrofoam. It goes everywhere and you'll need a vacuum nearby. If you hate touching the stuff like I do, definitely have someone else unpack it.

I purchased this four‑piece bedroom set (dresser, chest, and two nightstands), and overall I’m extremely impressed. A cordless drill is helpful and definitely speeds things up. Keep the included screwdriver as it's perfect for the tighter spots. The quality exceeded my expectations. It is a very good looking furniture pieces, putting it together was not hard, just time consuming, but ones is put together the look really nice, the material is wood, I can't remember the name of the wood, is like particle but it isn't. I love the color and style, the same as my bed. The price was great, delivery was faster as I was expected. It makes our bedroom look more spacious. Sturdy, heavy, the instructions were clear. The hardware was more than enough, since they sent one extra of everything. It came with a screw driver.

Good but Styrofoam overload
Nightstands arrived as expected but the dresser still has yet to arrive. I contacted Hawkins Woodshop but haven't gotten a response yet. I will update this review if the issue gets resolved. Edit: The dresser did arrive and Hawkins Woodshop was helpful. Each item is shipped individually and the dresser was still in transit. Overall they work well, they are a bit lower quality that I would have liked, the black color appears to just be a sheet on top of the furniture and it is peeling up a bit on the edges/corners. It looks fine now but I expect it will likely get worse with time. The nightstands aren't too difficult to put together. I did them alone and it took me about 1.5 hours a piece. The dresser was a bit more difficult, it took my about 5 hours to put together alone, but it wasn't due to poor instructions or materials, there was just a lot to put together. The dresser also arrived in 2 different packages on different days (so 4 packages total across about a week of time). One last thing to note, all of the pieces of this set do arrive with about double the amount of Styrofoam and it will get all over your floor, so make sure you have a vacuum on hand, and if touching Styrofoam is a sensory nightmare for you like it is for me, you'll definitely want somebody else to remove the packaging for you.

Its not made from the best quality and is not solid wood. I knew this and content with my purchase. It does look nice, just understand that this is pressboard material. The 7 drawer long dresser is much smaller than I thought it would be. It works well at the foot of my bed.
