I truly appreciate the detail in the instructions and how well the pieces fit together when assembling. Customer service is great as well. We had a mishap in the delivery where one of the two boxes were damaged. I email the manufacturer (email in the insturctions) and they replied the very next morning. Replacement items sent with a different delivery company.. And all is good. Very quick and courteous process.
