The table is heavy and stands firm, even with my kids running around. The chairs are tough too! My toddler tried climbing one like it was a jungle gym, and it didn’t budge at all, which was a relief. I even sat on each chair and the bench to test them out, and they held up fine for me at 230. I like the cushions, but my husband thinks they’re too firm. The only small issue is that the top of the table is a bit rough, but I might just put a glass piece over it. I got the white washed with brown, and the gray cushions fit perfectly with my house's blues and grays.

I was honestly taken aback by how good this table is! Given the price and that I ordered it online, I expected it to be made from that flimsy stuff like those bookshelves you find at big box stores. The chairs are tough too! My toddler decided to climb one like a little monkey while I was putting it together, and I panicked, but yeah, that chair didn't even budge! I even sat on all the chairs and the bench to test them out, and at around 230 pounds, I felt perfectly safe. I like the firm cushions, though my husband finds them a bit stiff. The only downside is that the tabletop isn't smooth—it's a bit rough, but I'm thinking of just putting a piece of glass on it. I went with the white washed and brown look, and the gray cushions match my decor of blues and grays perfectly.
