Might need a hand putting it together.
I really love this piece, but I did need some help to get it assembled. There are 29 steps, and the instructions could be clearer. I even tried the QR code, but it led to a different nightstand. That said, it feels sturdy and it's the height for my TV. It blends nicely with my living room decor and I'm happy with the purchase.

While this did take us 5 hours to put together, it was so worth it. I spent hours trying to decide which tv stand to buy, my husband and I finally decided on this one. It's taller than the others we looked at, plus you have to install lights. All of the parts were there, all of the holes lined up perfectly. It was packaged perfectly, all in all it is a beautiful piece of furniture and the tv on it is a 65" which fits perfectly. It looks like wood. It is heavy and solid. It weighs about 85 lbs.

No parts or accessories were missing and there were several extras (such as screws) which is always nice. As others have noted, it is heavy. I'm pretty big so I was able to handle the box and 99% of the assembly myself. Two of the long boards arrived with slightly damaged corners. It looks like 1-2 other reviewers have had similar problems. The product seems pretty well-packed but it could just be a side effect of the weight. I contacted Hawkins Woodshop and they were very responsive and willing to work out the problem with me to my satisfaction. So, I echo the other reviews that the product is fine, and the customer service is excellent.
