Just the Coffee Table I’ve been searching for. It’s beautiful!
I was on the hunt for a solid wood coffee table that wouldn't break the bank, something that would fit my small living room and hold up to my four cats. I came across this table and despite some mixed reviews about it being unfinished and prone to scratches, I decided to give it a try. I'm happy to say that it definitely deserves 5 stars from me! It arrived quickly and was packed well; I had it put together in just about 10 minutes with all the hardware included. The color matched the photos perfectly, and while it has a few knots in the wood, I think it adds character without going overboard. It feels solid and sturdy, but it’s light enough for me to move around easily. For my compact space, the size is just right. I know some folks mentioned scratches, but I actually like how it's looking naturally worn. Of course, you could seal it if you're concerned, but I think the rustic vibe just makes it more charming. I usually use coasters anyway, so that’s not an issue for me. This table is a steal; it looks way more expensive than it is! I can't tell you how many compliments I get from visitors. So I was looking for a Solid Wood Coffee Table that wouldn't cost me a arm and a leg. I was looking for something not too big for my living room. I wanted something durable and sturdy as I do have 4 cats. I looked through the reviews and did see the negative about the table being unfinished and could cause scratches. Here is my honest review on this coffee table:For me I absolutely am giving this table 5 stars. I received it in the mail perfectly packaged and it literally took me 10 minutes with all hardware included to assemble this. First of all... The color was exact like the picture showed. It has some knots in the wood, which I liked, but not too many. It is solid wood and sturdy, but not too heavy, so I can move it myself. It is sturdy. I do not have a large living room, so to me this size is absolutely perfect. You can tell the quality is great. I did read from others that it scratches easily. You definitely could seal it with a coat of polyurethane if you wanted to, however I love it just the way it is. If it scratches a bit, to me it's just gives it a more rustic look. I think for some people the concern would also be that if you put a glass on it, it may leave a ring. I would guess that is true, unless you seal it, but for me I always use coasters on any of my tables. So again, that doesn't bother me one bit. This is definitely a affordable coffee table. It looks expensive. I can't say enough how happy I am to have found this table. Everyone that comes over compliments my table. Purchase this coffee table. When you see it in person, you'll thank me.

Almost a 5 star. This table is stylish, and well made. It is not overly large, but big enough. It is sturdy and very easy to put together! It is also all solid wood, which is hard to find. My only hesitation to give 5 stars is that it did not have any kind of protective finish other the the stain. I had to put 3 coats of polyurethane to protect the finish otherwise it felt like it would have not lasted. Water marks and scratches seemed like a given. I also was not thrilled with how many knots are in the wood top, which privates quite a bit from one table to another. If you purchase i would recommend a few coats of poly to make sure it lasts. (Pics are after I put on the polyurethane, water based).
