Sturdy and cute
I came across mostly positive reviews before making my purchase, though there was one negative one from someone who got the king size, which is what I decided to order too. It took me about three hours to put it together alone, but I managed. I haven't slept on it yet since it's for our spare room, but I did lie down on it, and it seems sturdy and looks nice. It's nice and low to the ground, so you don't have to climb into it. I got a 12-inch mattress separately, and while the ad shows a gap between the mattress and the headboard, I noticed with my mattress, it fits perfectly with no gap. It reaches right up to the edge of the headboard base.

I really like this bed! My husband was able to put it together easily. There were a lot of small parts, so if that's not your thing, be aware. But we love how it looks and the light in the console is a nice extra.

Not bad, took 3 hours to build. Parts all fit well, no miss pre drilled holes. One complaint,cwent on sale a couple days later for $15. Less. Hawkins woodshop says tough luck, no credit break. Blames hawkins woodshop. More and more im thinking of canceling nothing. To many issues andvthe membership keeps raising.
