We just moved and got these to keep our floors safe. We also picked up the extra pads for our furniture. I was really surprised at how well the lifter worked for raising some heavy items. It made it easy to put the pads under them and it worked great!

Solid tool for heavy lifting.
This tool is great! I had to shift some heavy Ethan Allen furniture around on my hardwood floors while repainting our master bedroom, and this lifter did the job perfectly. The tower blocks for height adjustments were super handy too. The sliders worked well, but check the feet on your furniture to figure out which size you need. Some of my pieces had screw-down legs tucked away, and that made a difference. The 3.5" sliders ended up being too big for one piece and too small for another, but I managed to make it work without any issues.
