I spent a week looking at different standing desks before deciding between the FlexiSpot Pro and this EN1 model. I found a lot of good reviews for the EN1, and it was about $100 cheaper, so I went for it. I’m really pleased with my decision. Shipping was great; both packages came together in just two days. The desktop box was a bit torn, but inside it was well-protected with dense foam. Everything arrived scratch-free. The desktop has a nice, smooth finish, and the rounded corners are great. The legs are heavy and well-made, with clean-cut holes. I also liked the rubber pads where the base connects to the top; they help with stability. Just so you know, the packaging said it was made in Vietnam instead of China. Performance-wise, it works smoothly and quietly. It feels stable, even at the highest setting. There’s a little shake with my monitors since they’re on flimsy frames, but I think that’ll change with a better monitor arm. My husband's pricier desk has the same slight vibration. As for putting it together, I’m 66 years old and did it myself in about an hour and a half. I only needed help flipping it upright. Just take your time and follow the instructions carefully. There are 4 spots where you need to drill holes, but it wasn’t hard at all to screw them in. Once it was put together, it was, no leveling needed. I used some extra cable management stuff to tidy up the cords, but the desk itself has a spot for the power box and some clips for cables.
