Outstanding Customer Service & a great Bed Frame
We had an issue with the bed frame when it first arrived, but the customer service team was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make things right. They made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase, and I was genuinely impressed by their dedication to providing a great customer experience. As for the bed frame itself, it's amazing! It's sturdy, well-made, and looks great. I'm very happy with the final product and especially appreciate a company that stands behind what they sell. Great frame with a few minor flaws
1: The overall feel is very nice! Each piece feels solid and heavy, and everything slotted together nicely. There were no issues with the shipping boxes and everything was packaged securely. No bad smell either.2: It's slightly wobbly, I was expecting it to be rock solid based upon reviews but that isn't the case. The front pieces don't fit exactly snug with the feet. Bracing it fully against the wall helped, but required some extra felt pads supplied by me. Edit: I’ve noticed that over time the wedges that keep the frame stable work themselves out, and I have to hammer them back in from time to time when I notice the frame moving more than normal. Not a deal breaker, but mildly annoying nonetheless.3: I love that it has a hidden shelf behind the headboard, but I find that I wish it had just a little extra width - it's only about 3" wide.4: The slats are the only major negative for me. They were very splintery, and a couple have a few cracks in them, one having a pretty large crack. I had to wear gloves when putting them down, and I had to lightly sand the top of them down to avoid snagging on my mattress. I also faced the issue some reviewers noticed where the hole in the slats didn't align with the peg in the bed; mine wasn't that bad and I could force it in, but still something to be of note. These also don't appear to be the upgraded slats (I didn't expect them to be), and the space between them is a little more than 3". Edit: I reached out to flexispot and they provided me a new set of slats at no extra cost. The new slats are far better than the original ones. Overall for the price I paid it's an amazing bed and it feels like a piece I will have for many years to come.

Baby making bed!!!!!
After disappointment from my purchase of another bed on Hawkins Woodshop that only lasted 1 month.(see below for link and review) The over 6 month review of this unit is all stars. After only one month of use we are expecting our first born. Definitely a good one for active partners. Some may say too good. Very stable and easy to build. Will require a bit of tightening over time if it is being used. Would definitely buy again.
