There was one flaw.... Otherwise great
The bedframe is sturdy and mattress comfortably sits on the bedframe. Now the only flaw that I have noticed while building the bedframe is for some reason one of the parts to the bedframe had a flaw but other than that its a good bedframe. The leds are working well and the zip ties help also the height is nice. The appearance of the bedframe is very complimenting the leds do a good job at making it "float".

Great Frame, Weak led Kit
The bed frame itself is excellent. It is sturdy, attractive, and gives the floating-bed look I wanted. Assembly was straightforward, and the finished frame feels solid. The included led strip, however, is another story. The 3M adhesive backing is barely sticky and would not stay attached to the underside of the bed. Hawkins Woodshop also included about 20 tiny zip ties, which makes me suspect they already knew the tape would not hold. The LEDs are also rather dim. They provide a faint glow, but not the strong floating effect shown in the product photos. The remote almost works. When I press the white button, the lights turn red. Other buttons also seem confused about their assigned duties. This could be caused by the weak battery supplied with the remote, but either way, the lighting kit feels like an afterthought. I still recommend the bed frame itself. Just plan on replacing the included led strip with a brighter, better-quality kit and using proper mounting clips or stronger adhesive.
