Great looking media console
I got this console mainly because it looks nice and it works great for storing my vinyl records when you take the shelves out. I've had it for about a month, and I really like it. Just a couple things to note: * It’s sturdy for holding a lot of weight, although the wood feels a bit soft. I’m not sure if it's plywood with a nice ash veneer or solid ash, but it seems well made without MDF or other cheap materials. * It’s shorter than I expected, since it doesn’t have legs, so it’s below knee height. It still fits fine in my living room, but it does look a bit small. * In person, it looks pretty close to the photos, though the stain is a little darker than I thought. * The doors don’t have handles, so you just pull them to open. Once you get used to it, it’s not a big issue. The doors have a decent magnetic latch. * There are holes for the shelves in the center, and all the shelves can be removed. * It comes fully assembled in a big box that has a wooden frame to protect it, so getting rid of all that packaging might take some effort if you live in an apartment. * The shipping was done by CEVA. I know some people have had bad experiences with them, but mine arrived on time with no issues. I did have a small damage from shipping, but Colby got back to me quickly and helped fix it. Overall, I'm happy with this console! I'd probably rate it 4.5 stars, so I rounded up. The only thing that would make it better is if it were a bit taller.

Awesome media console — perfect for vinyl records!
I’m really happy with this media console; it fits perfectly with our mid-century decor. It was just what we were looking for. The solid wood slats and top give it a high-end look without the hefty price. It came in condition, including the shelves. Taking out the shelves was a breeze—just unscrewed the brackets, and I didn’t need to bother with the door. The cabinets hold vinyl records standing up nicely. Love it!

Sturdy and well packed overall, but shelf issue
This piece is really beautiful and feels solid. It's made of good quality wood and is finished nicely, so I'm happy with my purchase, especially since it arrived fully assembled. The packaging was impressive too, with heavy foam protecting it and thick cardboard all around (I got the 5 ft version, so no frame like you see in other photos). We used a box cutter to open one end as well as the top to get it out of the box more easily. However, like someone else pointed out, the shelves weren’t packed well enough, and one came out completely with loose cam locks. The shelf is fine, but I’ll need to take the door off to get it back in, which is kind of annoying since I expected it to be fully assembled. They did use some styrofoam blocks between the shelves, but they're not fastened down, so they can shift during shipping, causing issues with the shelves. Also, keep in mind that while the shelves are removable, they aren’t adjustable. That doesn’t bother me personally, but just something to think about if you need specific dimensions.

This is a really nice media console that works great with mid century decor. It was exactly what we needed for the space. The solid wood slats and top make the console look way more expensive than it is. Ours arrived with no damage, including shelves. Once you take the shelves out — which only takes a minute or two (had to unscrew the brackets but did not require removing the door), the cabinets fit vinyl records standing up. Awesome.
