With furniture, you can never really tell if what you see will be what you get, especially when it is a large piece that you can't tell until you complete assembly. The suede is very soft with a luxury feel that makes this perfect for adult rooms. The two drawers at the bottom have enough space to store sheets, PJs, or underwear. The metal slats provide increased support and durability compared to wooden seats. I love the combination of the suede head board that partially collapses to reveal a wooden shelf. Really like the headboard
