The item arrived packed well with clear instructions with # markings on items. Including spare parts (Bolts, screws, etc) though not needed now was a nice touch. It took a bit longer than 10 minutes but was easy and relatively fast nonetheless. As the instructions say, it's wise when installing the panels to the frame to not initially tighten fully but allow some play while all are aligned. Overall very nice quality and great overall look. I haven't added the LEDs yet for a few reasons but they were a bonus and not really a factor in my decision to purchase. Very happy especially at the sale price!

Great looking headboard, but the led lights are a bit glitchy
This upholstered queen headboard with led lighting was easy to put together and install on my bed frame. No headaches or extra hands needed. The color is very close, if not identical, to what I saw in the product photos, so no surprises there. It looks great in the room and feels decently made for the price. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is the led lights. They’re a little wonky — you can’t really control them reliably, so I’ve just left them unplugged. Honestly, the headboard works perfectly fine without the lighting, so it’s not a dealbreaker. After reading other reviews, it seems like a common issue, so I’m chalking it up to the inexpensive led controller rather than a one-off defect. If you want a solid, good-looking headboard and don’t care much about the lights working perfectly, this is still a great buy. Just don’t buy it for the LEDs.
