It is very stable and durable. Assembly was easy and despite the instructions saying to have two people to put it together, I was able to put it together all by myself. Once I figured out the parts and just kind of lined them all up where they needed to go, all I had to do was just lock everything into place and then screw it all nice and tightly. This frame has endured my wild sleeping as well as wild love-making and hasn't given out yet or even showed signs. It does sit up rather high though, so consider that when selecting the thickness of your mattress. I have a full size 14 inch gel memory foam mattress installed and it makes everything it up way higher than I would like it to. But I got the 14 inch since my bf does come over sometimes and we do share the bed. I didn't want it potentially sinking with a thinner size. I've the clearance space underneath for storage though, and that's really the main reason I chose this frame over a lower one. I need all the storage space I can get.

This is great and very strong. This only got 4 stars from me because the mattress doesn't want to completely stay in place on this support. I am assuming that is what the "mattress blockers" are for but only a little bit effective.

Read instructions and layout parts
Firstly make sure you pay attention to instructions and orientation you want head and foot. Once we got all that figured out it assembled pretty quickly and easily. I was just a little surprised at how high it is with my mattress. But so far it's been fine
