Decent, but be aware of damage
I had some issues with my item arriving damaged, probably from shipping. I was able to glue the broken pieces back together, and overall, it turned out to be a decent size once assembled. Colby was great when I reached out about the broken parts—they offered to send replacements at no cost, which was a fantastic solution. I managed to put it together in about 1.5 hours by myself, so I'm not sure where those 7-hour claims are coming from.

I got this desk as a birthday gift for my son. I tried searching for assembly videos on YouTube but couldn’t find anything specific for this model. From previous reviews, I saw it takes about 4 hours to put together, so I was mentally prepping for it since my son is busy with school and I have other projects for his room. I took the instructions to work to get familiar with the steps, but I was careless and lost the manual. I looked online, but there were no instructions available, and I thought I was out of luck. Thankfully, I reached out to Colby, and he sent me the instructions overnight! That was a relief! Also, when I first ordered the desk, I put in the wrong shipping address. Luckily, Hawkins Woodshop canceled the initial order for me, so I could make the purchase to the right address. The desk looks fantastic, and my son is going to be thrilled! Plus, shipping was only $9.99, which is a great deal. Just a heads up, the package is heavy. I lift a lot at work, and this desk needs two people to carry it. I have to give props to the delivery person for bringing it right to my door! I’ll share pictures after I finish putting it together on December 18th. Update: I will admit that assembling the desk was a bit challenging and took several hours, but it was worth it! The desk is, and my son loves it! I’d recommend this gaming desk!

I put wheels on this thing and here’s what I learned!
Great desk, but bring your own wheels!! This review is mainly about mobility, since that was my main need. I wanted a nice big desk, but I also needed it on wheels since we live in a small place and roll it in and out of the guest room whenever people visit. The desk doesn't come with wheels, and even after a lot of research I was still just guessing at what would fit. I didn’t even know if the feet would be threaded (they are!) So if you're in the same boat, here's what worked for me:You'll need M6 1.0 threaded stem caster wheels, 8 total (I bought two packs of four with locks and full rotation). Make sure each wheel can hold at least 200 lbs, since the desk plus everything on it adds up fast. These fit perfectly:M6 1.0 Threaded Stem Caster Wheels, 2 Inch pvc Silent Castors, M6 x 15mm Replacement Wheels for Utility Shelf, Small Rolling Cart, Kitchen/Laundry Rack, Set of 4 (2 Brake, 2 Swivel)As for the desk itself, assembly was a bit of a challenge. The instructions weren't always clear on what piece goes where, but after some trial and error it came together beautifully. I haven't found many other desks with threaded feet that let you add mobility like this, so for that reason alone it's worth it.

This is surprisingly so much sturdier than we thought it would be. It has metal supports and it really is a good desk at a great price! The only problem we had were the led lights being cheap, they broke the same day we put it together however it doesn't affect the quality of the desk at all. You can buy some more and replace them very easily so I'd highly recommend buying this desk. This is an honest review. I know we were skeptical looking at reviews they seemed like they might be fake but they weren't lying it really is a good desk. We have been using it for well over a month now and it's holding up great even with 3 kids around to bang stuff into it and all the things lol.
