Assembly was pretty straightforward. The metal is very durable. Alignment is a bit tricky but just don’t tighten the screws too early and you should be fine. It requires two ppl to assemble but I managed to do it on my own in 1.5 hours. No squeaking at all. I love this bed!!

Very fitting for a Queen
I was actually able to put this bed together on my own. I was nervous at first due to the headboard not being aligned but, I adjusted it perfectly. Very nice! It is a heavy piece but nothing a girl couldn't handle. Doesn't take up space and exactly what I expected it to be.

Cheap metal but decent for the price
Good enough for what it is, it's white metal so I did have problems getting bolts as tight as I wanted - the rectangular side bars on outside of the mattress platform started crunching in before the bolt was tight-tight. Wiggles some sideways but mattress platform is sturdy enough, no issues with slats or squeaking so far. If you have a wood floor you probably want felt pads on the feet especially if you rent. Assemble fully then tighten bolts to make your life easier & get it as stable/rigid as possibleIt did take 2 people to assemble - straightforward instructions but some of the welds on headboard were a touch out of place. It's the same color sparkly yellow 'gold' paint as playmobil sandals which was a bit disappointing, and I wish the side rails were raised from the rest of the platform to hold the mattress in place - mattress has nothing keeping it from slipping sideways. Other than that I like it, excited to add curtains.

I love my bed! It turned out beautifully and it was so easy and fun to put together. I did it alone while blasting my worship music and just chipping away at it one piece at a time. 😊 I have absolutely no complaints. Once I get curtains and decor up I will come back and add photos. I love the sturdiness of the bed, the reinforced design of the slacks and the ample space for storage underneath the bed. I have had no issues with my mattress sliding or anything like that. Buy the bed!!!!
