Half the lights worked, but Colby took care of it!
I got these lights a few months back but didn't open the box until recently. When I finally plugged them in, only half the strand lit up. The strands work by themselves, but not when connected. Definitely seemed like a bad connector to me. For the price, I expected much better quality. Thankfully, Colby from Hawkins Woodshop reached out and offered me a refund or a replacement, even though I was past the return window. I'm impressed they stood behind their product like that. The new lights are working perfectly!

Great Product, Easy Setup
I got my order faster than expected, which was a nice surprise. After the holidays, it’s great having some lights on during those long nights. This is my second Govee product, and I'm happy with the quality. I set it up on my deck, and it’s working perfectly with my existing Govee app. There are tons of scene and color options, plus you can easily adjust the speed of the lights. The bulbs are pretty light, and they've held up well even after some heavy rain. I found the timer feature really handy too—just remember to set one line for 'On' and another for 'Off.'

Perfect for Gazebo
These lights work great for hanging around our gazebo. We had Govee lights already set up under the eaves, so it's nice that these can be controlled with the same app. The 48-foot length fits just right around our 10'x12' gazebo.

Love the colors, but tricky to hang!
The clips didn’t fit on my eaves troughs, so I had to get some help to hang them up. The bulbs are spaced 36 inches apart, which is quite a distance. I ended up getting another box to fill in the gaps, making them only 18 inches apart. I really love the colors and the way they look!

Half the lights don't work, but great customer service!
I had an issue where only half of the light strand worked when I finally opened them a few months after purchase. Each part functions alone, but they won’t connect together. It seems like there's a bad connector somewhere.
