Almost perfect
These seats are definitely worth it! They’re (almost) for our needs. Pros: the grips on the bottom keep them from sliding around, there's no awkward bar across the backrest, and the padding is nice and thick. The only downside is that they don’t come with a carrying strap. We mainly use them for high school basketball games, so we don’t need to carry them far. If I had to walk any distance, I'd probably just add my own strap. But that’s no huge deal. I’d recommend these seats. They’re comfortable for both me and my husband. I’m 130 pounds and he’s 230, and he said he felt great in it.

Seats are saving my back!
With 2 kids playing a variety of sports, we find ourselves spending a lot of time in the bleachers at practices and games. At 5'9" for me and 6'3" for my husband, hours spent sitting with no back support was brutal. I finally gave in and did some research to try to find some bleacher seats. I'm so glad I ordered these! They are a little pricey and a little larger than some other seats, but they are really comfortable. Nice thick padding, comfortable back support, nice and stable on flat metal bleachers when using the hook. We usually arrive early and try for the top row of bleachers so we aren't crowding anyone behind us or making anyone strain to see over the top of us. (I am curious if these will work decently on the molded plastic bleachers where my oldest plays basketball during the winter, haven't tried that yet.) These seats are lighter than I expected for their size. My husband was skeptical, but after standing through another game decided to go ahead and try one. After five minutes, he sighed and said, "Oh wow, that is so much better on my back!"
