Completely transformed our entryway!
It took some time to put together, but I was dealing with a migraine during assembly, so I'm sure it would be simpler without that distraction. This piece is gorgeous, and now my pup isn't chewing on our shoes! If you have a dog, I strongly suggest introducing them to the mirror with plenty of treats and positive reinforcement. My German Shepherd, Heidi, was a bit wary of her reflection at first, especially from her crate, but after lots of praise and treats, she’s fine with it now. The bench is sturdy; both my husband and I can sit on it comfortably—I'm 185 lbs and he's 200. I love the top shelf where we can safely keep our Bibles (my GSD has gotten a hold of mine before, yikes!). The hooks are perfect for hanging leashes, bags, jackets, and keys (we have a separate key holder). Plus, the mirror is great for checking my look before heading out! It’s said that seeing your reflection helps you remember things better, too. Overall, I’d rate this a solid 10/10 for upgrading our entryway. Just a tip: assembling while you have a migraine isn't the best idea, but we managed it in about 6 hours with breaks. If you have a dog, take it slow with introductions, as they can be a bit confused by their own reflection. Also, keep some Windex close!

Assembly is easy, but don't count on painting it!
I want to share my experience with this cabinet. First off, if you're thinking about painting it, forget it! The backboard is visible in a few spots and it won't take paint. I had to cut some plywood to cover those areas, glue them in place, caulk the edges, and paint over them. It took a lot of time and ended up being more expensive because of the extra supplies. On the bright side, putting it together was pretty easy if you have some patience. In the end, it looks nice and feels solid. Just be warned about the paint situation!
